it's always on your mind.
you keep thinking about it.
you think about it when you wake up;
you think about it before you close your eyes for the day.
always looking forward to it,

you pray that everything turns out just fine, but
you tell yourself "no, no it can't be"
and it turns out that you don't know what's wrong with you.

really, what the hell's wrong with you? yes, you.

The Saturday which just passed was a good one... was out almost the whole day. After work, met a pal at lavender and then after undertaking a mission we went to Cineleisure only to find out that we couldn't get tix for the 4pm Pirates of the Carribean show. Sadly, we made our way to Lido and got the tix there, then to PS for some Pizza. Free pizza tasted good. But the free movie didn't. Cos it kinda sucked... it was going on and on for 2 hours and even with 2 good looking men in it, I almost fell asleep at some parts... the only thing that kept me awake were the tentacles of Davy Jones.

(**Spoiler warning**)

Here's something I didn't know about Davy Jones : " Davy Jones, the supernatural ruler of the seas, hid away an item called the Dead Man's Chest. This chest is that which Captain Jack Sparrow must find as leverage in exchange for his soul. The Dead Man's Chest holds Davy Jones' heart, which he carved from his body because of the loss of his one true love. This, in turn, made Jones dedicate himself to inflicting as much cruelty and pain to others (even his crew) as possible. Davy Jones is practically invincible as long as his heart is not destroyed."

I should have read this part before going for the movie..grr...

This week has been bliss because I only had to go to work on Monday. We were made to take compulsory leave cos there were too many people and too little calls. Got to go back next week though. Very fortunately, in the mean time I had two days of relief teaching which I thoroughly enjoyed. Primary 1 kids are such a pleasure....wish they would call me more often and I could quit IRAS altogether.

Wish I just had money, and I could just sleep and get fat at home. I really don't mind.

Today marks the end of CID. And my happiness.

Today was a fine day because I got called in for relief teaching in the morning. Was feeling weird going back to my primary school as a relief teacher. Even one of the old canteen aunties recognised me as an old student! Also bumped into my tamil teacher, Mrs Raj and I said "hi asiriyai". What the hell was I thinking. I was teaching there myself.

Anyway, I had to take two primary 4 classes and one primary 6 malay class. The kids were so noisy and I couldn't compete with that. Thank god the long yellow ruler came to my rescue. Just tap it on the desk a few times and you get silence. But just for 2 seconds! Nevertheless, it was a good experience. The lower primary kids were so innocent and cute, sad to imagine what would happen to all that in the hands of puberty.

Well...back to IRAS tomorow... grr.
